Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a forward-thinking and committed lawyer to join our construction team. 

The role requires working on an interesting and varied caseload within the construction law field including dispute resolution (adjudication, litigation, arbitration and ADR) dispute and will also involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. A high level of organisation and communication skills, client focus and commercial awareness are required. 

The successful candidate will be a hard-working team player who enjoys business development, can build strong client relationships and demonstrate excellent client care skills and will assist in the evolution of the department. 

This role would suit an experienced lawyer looking for a change of work environment, a junior lawyer looking to gain experience and develop their skills, or a construction professional looking for a change in career path.

What we offer

Usual working hours are 9 am to 5 pm however you will have a flexible and hybrid working schedule, in and out of the office. 

We offer a competitive salary, dependant on experience with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday on start, 26 after 2 years, 28 after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years, a defined contribution pension scheme - 4.5% employee contribution and 4.5% employer contribution, 2 x salary life assurance and a medical cashback plan, as well as the opportunity to create a personal development plan to enhance your career.
