We are delighted to invite you to our June 2019 Business Academy Seminars on Litigation and Contract Interpretation. The events are taking place on Thursday 6 June 2019 at Wherstead Park in Ipswich, and on Thursday 13 June at Hylands House in Chelmsford.
Graham Mead, a Partner in Prettys’ Commercial Dispute Resolution practice, will discuss the topic ‘How to avoid making a dispute worse: avoiding pitfalls in litigation’. Andrew Kinnison, a Senior Associate in Prettys’ Commercial Dispute Resolution practice, will then discuss the principles of contractual interpretation and consider their application in practice, including discussion of the question, “When does Brexit mean Brexit (or not)?”
