Who is it for

Our Out of the Box package is designed for organisations with fewer than 150 employees that want to ensure compliance with their legal obligations to prevent sexual harassment – and that recognise that, in the long term, the right culture is essential to achieving this. However, we understand that resources are not infinite. This package provides a launch pad that helps you get the essentials in place quickly and cleanly.

What do you get?

Guided risk assessment

We provide you with a self-complete workbook and matrix.  Once completed it we will meet with you to review the findings, agree on your top 10 risks, and develop a RAG-rated action plan to address them.

Leadership call

Board and senior leadership buy-in is crucial. We’ll facilitate a one-hour remote session with your Board/SLT to cover:

  • Your legal duties and your risk profile.
  • Your priority actions and next steps.

Engagement and policy

We will provide you with editable versions of the following:

  • A CEO/SLT statement confirming your anti-harassment commitment,
  • Staff messages and an FAQ sheet, with suggestions on how to use them
  • A template anti-harassment policy, which we will help you tailor
  • An incident log template and guidance on reporting options (including anonymous reporting).

Training

  • Managers: One in-person practical session (2 hours, up to 20 managers).
  • Employees: On-demand video (desktop/mobile) with an 18-month licence for roll-out, refresher, and inductions.

Embedding and measurement

We will help you track progress through:

  • Year-one input KPIs (e.g., training completion, manager coverage, timeliness of triage, comms issued, pulse surveys completed).
  • Two pulse survey instruments (months 3 and 9) with interpretation guide.
  • One-page KPI dashboard template and ownership plan.

Fixed fee

£6,450 plus VAT.

Add-ons (if needed)

  • Additional manager cohorts or bespoke training
  • Investigation support
  • Build and hosting of anonymous reporting
  • Sector-specific harassment measures (e.g., hospitality/retail).

Outcomes

By the end of the first year, you’ll have:

  • SLT commitment embedded
  • An up-to-date policy rolled out
  • Reporting routes operational
  • At least 90% of managers trained
  • At least 85% of employees trained
  • A live KPI dashboard
  • The first pulse survey scheduled
