Construction sites are re-opening and/or operation levels are increasing. There will also be consideration of government guidance on the approach to enforcing contractual rights  and how this may affect the way disputes are managed and resolved in future. The aim is to help equip businesses to manage potential disputes arising from Covid and its after effects.
