Ipswich-based law firm Prettys is opening its doors to the public for the launch of a new art exhibition which, for the first time, will feature artwork from just one artist, former University of Suffolk fine art student, Adam Riches.

Adam has exhibited his artwork at Prettys in the past, twice winning the ‘best in show’ accolade in 2015 and 2016.

The exhibition, entitled ‘Monochrome’, will open on Wednesday 1 November in a free exhibition that will be open to the public from 5-7pm.

Commenting on the exhibition, Georgina Rayment, senior associate at Prettys said: “We have been supporting local talent by hosting art exhibitions in our offices for over five years. We always have fabulous feedback from visitors and we look forward to sharing Adam’s work in our latest exhibition.”

Adam, whose artwork focusses on the human form said; “It is a privilege to work with the team at Prettys to coordinate a solo exhibition.  Having graduated just over a year ago, it is a fantastic opportunity to showcase my work to a new and different audience.”

All the artwork will be displayed throughout Prettys’ meeting rooms, offices and communal spaces until Spring 2018. The exhibition launch event is free, however, attendance must be confirmed in advance by emailing tfelton@prettys.co.uk.
