At Prettys Solicitors LLP we pride ourselves on offering a bespoke and first class legal service.  We a looking for highly motivated, experienced PA to provide full time administrative support to senior managers across the Firm that can hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide PA support to include all areas of email and diary management, scheduling appointments/meetings, organising paperwork, travel arrangements and any other admin support required by the Senior Manager.
  • To provide a filter for emails, correspondence and telephone calls.  Prioritise for Senior Manager as appropriate.
  • To remind the Senior Manager of important tasks and deadlines and proactively manage the role while also managing access to the Senior Manager.
  • The ability to work with the Stake Holders of the firm and others at senior levels to ensure all relevant matters are dealt with effectively.
  • To provide typing support to include minute taking, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence as required.
  • To manage databases and filing systems and adhere to the Firm’s approved procedures and systems as appropriate.
  • To support in organisation of projects as and when required.

Essential criteria

  • Highly organised
  • Proven experience in PA role(s) with a proven track record of achievement, that plays an integral part of the business running efficiently.
  • Experience of minute taking, and taking responsibility for ensuring actions are progressed by the relevant colleague in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
