Ruth Cadman

Work Synopsis

Ruth joined the Firm as Head of HR in September 2023 and has responsibility for leading the Firm’s HR function and supporting the COO and Leadership team.

She is responsible for developing and implementing the Firm’s people strategies in support of the Firm’s vision, whilst also advising and supporting senior leaders on a day-to-day basis.

Expertise

Ruth is a Fellow of the CIPD and has 20+ years’ experience in HR, working in senior level roles in large, unionised organisations across both public and private sectors.  Ruth’s experience of working as a senior leader and board member in her most recent position, enables her to support the Firm both strategically and tactically in her current role.

Personal Synopsis 

In her free time, Ruth enjoys spending time outdoors running or walking with her border collie.   She also enjoys her garden and growing her own vegetables with varying degrees of success.  When the weather is less favourable you may also find her enjoying the latest musical in London’s West End.
