Rebecca joined Prettys Commercial Property Team in 2019 having worked for the previous 9 years as Director of Property and Legal services for a large AIM-listed PLC based in Norfolk (which included acting as Company secretary and advising the board). Her experience as a senior in-house lawyer means that she has a broad commercial approach and understands how businesses think.
Since joining Prettys Rebecca has acted for a number of high-profile clients on complex development agreements for lease within the intermodal and logistics sphere, large-scale acquisitions and disposals of commercial and agricultural properties and leasehold portfolio work for clients within the healthcare sector.
