Work Synopsis

Lynn was promoted to COO at Prettys in 2021. Lynn had been with the firm for the previous five years in a specialist HR role and had always worked closely with the senior leadership team and the then CEO, so was well prepared for the role of COO.

Lynn is responsible for ensuring that the firm delivers on its commercial and growth strategies. Her leadership role sees her supporting the firm’s vision and driving positive performance through effective communication and engagement.

On a day-to-day basis she has line management responsibility for the BD & Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.

Expertise

Lynn is CIPD qualified and has over 18 years’ experience in HR, encompassing a balanced mix of private and public sector roles. She has expertise in local government, retail and global shipping.

Personal Synopsis

Lynn has a young family who keep her busy when she isn’t at work, but she also enjoys swimming, reading, socialising, and travelling.
