Lynn was promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Prettys in 2026, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer since 2021. Lynn joined the firm in 2016 in a specialist HR role and worked closely with the senior leadership team and the former CEO, giving her a strong foundation for stepping into the role of CEO.

As Chief Executive Officer, Lynn is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction, ensuring Prettys continues to deliver on its commercial and growth ambitions. Her leadership focuses on supporting the firm’s vision, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative and engaged culture across the business.

She works closely with the firm’s leadership team and oversees key operational areas including Business Development & Marketing, Finance, and HR.
