With extensive experience in both commercial and residential work, he has been in the property sector for over 20 years. He has worked with businesses of all sizes and focuses on clear and detailed advice tailored to the client requirements and the sector in which they operate.

James has worked extensively with the hospitality sector and on development finance. He frequently deals with unregistered land and complex title matters, helping ensure that historic issues are remedied.

Outside of the office, James is a fan of a number of sports, chiefly Formula 1 and he is aiming to compete in a national motorsport championship in 2027. He also enjoys travelling to music gigs and going on cruise holidays with his family, which gives him a chance to catch up on his ever-increasing reading list.
