George Mayhew-Hawes

Work Synopsis

George joined the Commercial Property Team in July 2025 as a Paralegal, bringing with him several years of experience from a large regional law firm.

Since joining the firm, he has broadened his expertise beyond residential development to encompass a wide range of commercial property transactions. His work includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, property finance, and emerging sectors such as solar energy and electric vehicle infrastructure.

Alongside his full-time role, George is actively studying with CILEX and aims to qualify as a Lawyer within the next couple of years.

Personal Synopsis

Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a particular passion for coffee – he admits to being a bit of a coffee enthusiast. He also loves exploring the outdoors, whether hiking in the mountains of Wales or discovering new destinations across the globe.
