Fiona Galloway

Work Synopsis

Fiona has had a varied background including experience in dry shipping law, commodities litigation and arbitrations both in the City and in Paris. Fiona also acquired experience in legal regulatory compliance with a specialist property firm in the West End. She joined Prettys in February 2018 and specialises in commercial dispute resolution and commercial property (transactional). She is a member of our Real Estate team advising on property dispute resolution including boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims and property tribunal applications, as well as advising on service charge and rent recovery and dilapidations claims. She has also acted for LPA receivers and lenders to enforce their security. In addition, Fiona advises on construction disputes (including mediations and adjudications) and general commercial (contract) disputes.

Personal Synopsis

Fiona is a member of the Property Litigation Association. She is fluent in French.
