Welcome to April’s Employment Law Update. Whilst this month might have been the driest on record, employment law is yet to see any drought. This month’s edition is packed with some of the most recent case law decisions -  from holiday pay to equal pay; the first Tribunal judgment to provide guidance on “serious and imminent” danger in the context of Covid-19; and clarification on the meaning of “substantial adverse effect” for the purposes of satisfying the definition of “disability” under the Equality Act 2010.  We also look ahead to upcoming changes and consultations to enable you to be as prepared as possible for the months ahead.
