Prettys Solicitors is delighted to have been named one of the most highly recommended law firms in East Anglia, achieving second place in new research published by Legal 500 based on direct client feedback.
The ranking is drawn from more than 5,000 client responses collected as part of Legal 500’s independent research. Clients were asked how likely they would be to recommend their law firm, with the results used to calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a widely recognised measure of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Prettys was ranked second across the region, placing ahead of many larger firms and alongside some of the most established legal brands in East Anglia.
This recognition reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional client service, practical legal advice and long-term trusted relationships with businesses, individuals and families across the region.
