Over 70 clients, artists and staff of Prettys law services firm attended our Ipswich office on Thursday 4th February for the private view of Vision, the 9th art exhibition by students from University Campus Suffolk (UCS).

The event was organised by Georgina Rayment and Richard Guy of Prettys, together with UCS co-curators, Robert Warne and David Brown.  9 pieces were sold on the night, which is testament to the quality of the exhibition.

David Baldry, Senior Lecturer, said: "Thank you for continuing to support this collaboration which is so good for our student experience".

We are also pleased to share the news that an auction will be held on Thursday February 25th 2016 at 7.00pm in the UCS Waterfront building in Ipswich to raise funds for the UCS BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree show, "Ctrl-Art-Del". This now annual event attracts donations from leading contemporary artists and is the highlight of the UCS calendar. This year a high number of well-known contemporary artists have donated work. These include Billy Childish, Graham Crowley, Maggi Hambling, Ryan Gander, Sarah Lucas, Simon Faithful, Telfer Stokes and many more. As usual, an interesting selection of UCS fine art students’ work is also for sale.  Auction lots can be viewed online at: www.ctrl-art-del.co.uk/auction or from Wednesday 24th February in the Waterfront Building Foyer.
