Prettys Solicitors is moving offices – with an open-plan layout promoting a more flexible and collaborative way of working.

After many years based in Elm Street in Ipswich, the firm is relocating to a new home in St Vincent House in October.

Ian Waine, Senior Partner at Prettys, said the new offices would provide the perfect workspace for continuing growth into the future. The move will expand and enhance Prettys’ hybrid working, which provides greater flexibility for staff and clients in a fast-changing world.

He said: “This is an exciting time for Prettys, and we are looking forward to moving into our new home in the next few weeks.

“Although the pandemic has been a trying time for most, our teams have really risen to the challenge. We are very grateful for the hard work and dedication shown by all our staff, and our new home offers excellent facilities for a work/life balance to suit each individual.

“Prettys has been able to adapt with our clients to the significant changes that have arisen during lockdown and we look forward to welcoming clients to our new offices from October.

“Despite the turbulent business landscape, Prettys has grown the number of clients we work with during lockdown and since, and we continue to expand with clients attracted by our commercial understanding and focus on helping them achieve their goals.

“The new and modern open-plan offices provide the perfect place for this integrated way of working, allowing teams better communication, collaboration, advice and skill sharing.”

Cameron Thomson, of MCR Property Group, said “We are proud to welcome an established firm like Prettys at St Vincent House, a building which is well on the journey of providing some of the best space in Ipswich and, in doing so, is creating a building community of like-minded occupiers”.
