Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Corporate Solicitor with approx.. 3-5 PQE to join our expanding Corporate team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team as an Associate and advise on high value, strategically important nationwide and international projects within a supportive working environment.
The role requires working on an interesting and varied caseload within the corporate law field including working with mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, employee incentive schemes and will require experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. A high level of organisation and communication skills, client focus and commercial awareness are required.
The successful candidate will be a hard-working team player who enjoys business development, is able to build strong client relationships and demonstrate excellent client care skills and will assist in driving the department forward.
