Getting businesses back on their feet

If your business is in financial difficulty, the last thing you want is a lengthy dissertation of the law. What you need, and quickly, is a review of the options and some concise and cogent answers.

With a national reputation, Prettys’ Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team based in Ipswich and East Anglia provides top tier expertise. Working with many of the UK’s leading insolvency administrator and practitioner teams, we advise on insolvency procedures, business turnaround, restructuring and disposals for national and multinational businesses.

Supporting the rescue, recovery and restoration of businesses, partnerships, charities and trusts we deliver strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

In addition, we advise creditors, including banks and other secured lenders, as to their rights and best courses of action while we also have the expertise to advise potentially insolvent companies and their directors on their options and obligations.
