Purpose of the post

Support the delivery of consistent client service across departments and to assist in implementing improvements to the service delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Service Executive with monthly billing and billing enquiries across departments.
  • Assisting with any other financial tasks coming in to the client service team.
  • Assist the Client Service Executive with Feedback monitoring and requests, maintaining accurate data regarding requests and responses.
  • Pick up reception calls and greet clients when reception staff are not available.
  • Assist with general administrative duties coming into client services.
  • Assist the Client Service Secretaries as directed by the Client Service Executive.

The post holder may be required to undertake other duties, which are broadly in line with the above responsibilities.
